The PFS confirms the technical and economic viability of the Balama Central Graphite Project and outlines a robust development plan that will position NMS as a significant supplier of high-quality graphite to the global market.
Key highlights of the PFS include:
* Forecast average annual production of 75,000 tonnes of graphite concentrate over a 25-year mine life
* Pre-tax Net Present Value (NPV) of US$453 million and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 34%
* Initial capital cost of US$195 million
* Payback period of 3.5 years
* Operating costs of US$550 per tonne of graphite concentrate
* Graphite concentrate grades of 96% to 98% purity

NMS Resources Global Limited Announces Closing of C$10 Million Private Placement
NMS Resources Global Limited (NMS:TSXV) is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement of 10,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of C$1.00 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of C$10,000,000 (the "Private Placement").
Each Unit consists of one common share (a "Common Share") of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of C$1.25 per Common Share for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the Private Placement.
The proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to advance the Company's Balama Central Graphite Project in Mozambique, including for the completion of a definitive feasibility study, engineering work, permitting, and other development activities.
